2. Cold Drawing / Pilgering
The hollow shell is cold-drawn or pilgered through precision dies to achieve exact Outer Diameter (OD) and Wall Thickness (WT).
3. Bright Annealing & Pickling
Heat treatment restores ductility, followed by acid pickling and passivating for extreme surface corrosion resistance.
4. NDT Testing & Inspection
100% Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, and Hydrostatic testing performed before marking, capping, and bundling for dispatch.
